Well done Apple! :D

Did you install the Combo updater or just the Software Update 10.6.7 for MacBook Pro 2011

UUID's for updated Mail App

For those who have plugins for Apple Mail, i'm sure you know that Mac OS X updates usually disables them if Apple Mail is updated. Well this time around it was. These are the new UUID's for Apple Mail for you to add to your plugins to enable them again.

This is what you need to do with those 2 UUID numbers -

If the plugin already got moved to ”~/Library/Mail/Bundles (Disabled)/” move it back to ”~/Library/Mail/Bundles/” (~ refers to your User folder)

Open ”~/Library/Mail/Bundles/NAME OF PLUGIN/Contents/Info.plist” with the Property List Editor (I prefer PlistEditPro) (to see the contents folder right click on the file and choose show contents)

Insert the two UUIDs under SupportedPluginCompatibilityUUID and save the document

Start the Mail APP and be happy :)

I'll also update my original post with this information so others will see it.

ACL-derived Home Sync Errors are still happening.

I was hoping that SMB:// would be addressing this...

That said, I got over 6MB/sec download speed for the entire update. That's the fastest connection I've ever had to Apple.

Our internet here is capable of 100MB/sec.

Yes, I do mean bytes, not bits.

Yes, it pays for itself by the first week of the month.

My slow mobile managed admin login bug appears to (maybe) be resolved...I hope.

They should include the fix for 27" iMacs so that they can accept 1080p mini-displayport video signals. When this happens, I will slave myself to Apple.

Downloaded update in 2.5 minutes. You have to love highspeed internetz:D

Wi-fi still broken, guess i'll have to get a new router.

What router are you using? I'm about to give up on my Airport Extreme (N-dual band), the latest version. I've had more problems with Apple Airport Extremes than any other Apple product combined.

Any news on the MacBook Pro (early 2011) and the flickering 24" Cinema Display issues?

Software update vs Combo Update?

Hello guys. Just curious what are the differences or advantages from one or the other?

Many thanks!
