What cases are made in the USA/Canada?

Title says it all. In a field crowded by cases made in China, etc.. Can anyone tell me what cases are made in the USA/Canada for the iPad 2?

I know of:

TreeGloo, Portenzo and Dodo cases but are there others? Especially slim cases.

So I have noticed that the cases made in the USA/Canada seem to all be sleeves, bags or larger cases like the Portenzo. Are there any folio style/slim ones?

I have been searching for some time and can not seem to locate any, not even on Etsy.

This Temple case is a folio style. Not sure it's slim enough for you though and it is admittedly expensive.
