Yes, both of the work, Mac mini needs the following type:
Memory: 256MB of PC2700 (333MHz) DDR SDRAM, supports up to 1GB

And your selection conforms.

To be more accurate: Both modules have the same top level specification that the Mini has. Whether they will work or not is undetermined - there is more to RAM than simply PC2700 CAS Latency 2.5.

Kingston does not guarantee that the KVR- generic series RAM will work in a Mac. The Kingston module that is guaranteed for the Mini is KTA-G4333/1G
