It is highly likely that the shipping notice is just pre-printed labels.
Frankly, I am skeptical that this will ship before the 12th.
ebags has the Skinny as well and their ETA is also the 12th.
I take this back. Mine was picked up by usps today.

Good to hear. Mine still has "electronic shipping info received" on the USPS site. Hopefully it updates tonight. My iPad is suppose to be delivered by UPS tomorrow and was hoping to have a case ready to slip it into.
I should be getting mine before noon today. Unfortunately I'm receiving it at work, and won't be able to try it out til i get home.
As soon as you get it, you'll have to let us know the quality.
Just got it. Looks pretty good! Tough to really judge though without the iPad in it. Material seems fine, don't see any problems with workmanship. I like the nylon but I could see dust and dirt getting trapped in the little squares over time.
The front cover does fold around back although trying to tuck in the flap into the slot this way is kind of awkward (it doesn't seem to want to bend in that direction). However, I don't think its a big issue as even with the flap out i don't think it's a big deal.
All in all, looks decent, but the real question is the fit and how it works as a stand once i get home to put the ipad in it.
some quick shots with a crappy phone camera:

I would have ordered one of these were it not for the exposed top/bottom edges![]()
It looks nice. The material looks VERY similar to the ripstop nylon Incipio uses on their Kaddy case for the Amazon Kindle which I have.
Cannot wait to see what it looks like with an iPad 2 in it. Mine is just saying it left the San Diego Sorting facility last night. Wish USPS had better tracking!!
need better pictures and review, ideally from someone who has an iPad already....
I called the company that is selling the cases and specifically ask if there were any problems with the sleep function as there is with the Yooboa cover. His reply was that there was no problem at all. I guess we'll soon find out for sure. The person that posted the pictures does have an ipad but it is at home and he got the cover delivered to his office. Hopefully he'll post more photos from home and report on the potential sleep problem that other cases apparently suffer from.
