lol Yes. The Incase Book Jacket and Incase Magazine Jacket are like night and day. I was able to get the case on with the skin on the back, I just gave up a little too easy earlier as I was in a rush. With a little push it went over the corner fine and comes off ok.
I really like how thin this case feels, compared to the Book Jacket it's feels like nothing. With that being said the protection is also not nearly what the Book Jacket offers. I'll use the Book Jacket when I plan on taking my Ipad out for an extended time, and the Magazine Jacket at home. This is not a case for people who want maximum protection by any means, it's more like a feather type case. Decent, but not something you should be dropping too much. It does cover the corners well though.
Like already mentioned it does pick up a little palm sweat, but nothing too bad. Easily wiped, it's because the the material is a rubbery type. It feels nice though and really good in the hand even with the flap not being strapped.
Here are some pics, so far I'm really happy with this case. I'm trying to figure out how to add a magnet to it now.
The book jacket has a leather border around the Ipad, plus a gap created by that border so that the flap doesn't ever touch the screen. On the magazine jacket the flap covers the screen like a smart cover, so if I were to put a magnet right on there it would close on the screen, not good. There has to be a way though.
Typing on it feels great and it's very sturdy in it's 2 stand modes. The bars on the back to support the stand aren't really intrusive in any way, it still sits flat and you really don't have your hand on that area when you hold the Ipad.
Here are some pics, not great using an Iphone4/flash
