Adapter with both USB and HDMI good solution?

I have wanted both the USB adapter and the HDMI one for a while for my iPad. But instead of paying way too much for the official stuff, and instead of buying multiple units, would it be smart to buy one unofficial adapter adapter that supports both usb and hdmi? Or will they be trash that breaks and gives bad transmission/picture quality?

Anyone? I want to buy it soon, but I dont want to spend money on trash. What do you guys think of this; one adapter that supports both USB and HDMI??
