Hi! My iMac is currently connected to the wifi connection but there is no Internet. I have restarted my computer 4 times and tried safari, firefox, and google chrome but still no Internet. I am currently writing this from my iPhone. Any help is appreciated

Unplug your router and modem for 10 seconds each, then power them on.

If that does not work, try connecting your iMac directly into the modem or router with an ethernet cable. If those do not work call your ISP "Internet Service Supplier"

Some routers will give you a "connection" if you mistype your password that can say connected but does not actually work.
