I have the white G5 keyboard (Model A1048) and there is no num lock or scroll lock key. My 2-year old got a hold of my keyboard and pushed a whole bunch of everything. Both scroll lock and num lock are now on. How do I change change them back? I'm just about ready to call him back and have at it!

If anyone else cares

I finally figured it out. Num lock is shift + clear and scroll lock is shift + f14

I care!

Thanks for this - many years later! I have no idea how I locked the scroll button but I did it. Thanks for this post! Saved me lots of aggravation! :D

For Apple keyboards KVM use:

X Close

Doc #: 279

Title:
Invoking Hotkey Mode on a Mac Without a Num Lock

Details:
Some newer Mac keyboards no longer feature a Num Lock key. In this case, the Clear key can be substituted for the Num Lock.

The hot key invocation sequence is now as follows:

Press and hold the Clear Key
Press and release the [-]
Release the Clear

To switch the Scroll lock hot key to [CTRL][CTRL], then
Press and release [T]
Press and release [ENTER]
