macOS Window Resizing For Smaller Computer

Hello, I am making an application in xcode on my IMac (which is fairly bigger than my Macbook) but once I transfered it over to my Macbook, the windows were way to big, how can I make the windows fit to the screen, without having to resize all the content?

(The windows are set to not be resizable.)

In IB if you hold down command while resizing a window, all the controls resize like they would normally. I'm assuming that is what you're after?
