Yes. The iPhone 4 comes with 1 Year of AppleCare Protection. You can purchase two additional years, as well.

I believe you can extend the warranty within a year for $69.99.

It comes with 1 year free, but you can purchase an additional year for $69 making it 2 years overall, not 2 additional years.
