change default contact group ?

Hi

i have 2 groups on my phone. All and My Contacts. How can i default it to add any new contacts into My Contacts ?

At the moment when i add someone they are in All and then i have to manually copy them over when in my address book on the mac.

How do you get the two groups on there. I have been trying to figure out a way to group my work contacts and personal.
