i dont care if it is educational. I am going to hunt it down!!
Anyway, I just wish somebody might have posted their apps from like OS7-9 on the web.
It is definitely not a game id spend money on though

Did you read the post "a sad day at the garden" on their forums? All the games were deleted by accident.

A series of tubes
Everything you need to play OTrail: Link

I don't think this counts as warez discussion, so please don't ban me if I'm wrong. ;)

P.S. Sorry to hear about the classic Mac game site's loss. That site was one of my favorites. I hope they recover their games. :(

Diskette 2?

When you reach a certain point in the trail, it asks you to insert side 2 of the diskette. This means to boot ortrai_2.bin. But when you do this, the app that loads on ortrail_2.bin asks you to insert side 1. Does anyone know what to do?

I had the same problem!!! I was having so much fun then this happened. I feel like a kid again. I love this game. Maybe we must "save" it first? I have no idea. Any ideas?

I remember "Oregon Trail" from years ago. Never actually used it though. Almost purchased it once at a bargain price, but was concerned about Compatibility.

YES. Oregon Trail!

I remember back in 5th grade, advanced Science and Math classes, we had a few Apple ][e computers. We played Oregon Trail constantly.

No wonder my math is awful these days.

Before I just bought my first Mac, this old G3, my only experience with a Mac was back in elementary school. We played Oregon Trail on Macs back in the early 90's. I loved that game! It's a classic. Is it still as good now as it was back then?

I hope it has the staying power of a Mario, from Nintendo, back in the day!
