Wineskin works pretty well for most games. Some don't completely work with it though and performance won't be perfect.

Hey buddy I love maximum portion of your playlist, don't know how both of us deeply similar in playing games

On the OSX side I only use EvE Online and TF2.

Freespace open + several mods : love space combat and I'd kill for a new X-Wing or Tie Fighter, but that'll never happen, I guess
Darkspore demo : waiting for a mac demo, never bought the original Spore but seemed like fun

Don't EVER call it The Elder Scrolls 3: Oblivion! The Elder Scrolls 3was "Morrowind," (the 4th was Oblivion). Morrowind was/is MUCH better than Oblivion imo.

I'm just giving you a tip so the Morrowind purists don't sacrifice you alive
