I like natural scrolling, but if the content moves in the same direction as my fingers, I expect it to move at the same SPEED as well. That's not the case in Lion by default, and I can't find a way to change the scrolling speed at all.

Is it hidden somewhere in Universal Access, or can you just not change it at all?

Try tracking speed under the point & click tab

No, that's the speed at which your pointer moves, not scrolling, but I just figured it out (and I was right): it's hidden in Universal Access, pretty deep:

Universal Access > Mouse & Trackpad > Trackpad Options :D

Thanks for posting the answer to the riddle, this neat little options panel is so damn hidden I'd never come across that in years!

Though I don't understand what turning on 'Dragging' exactly changes.
