Deleting a user...

I was having lots of permission issues after upgrading (preview crash, etc.) so finally decided that I would just create a new admin user, move key files over and call it good.

Everything looks great – I have access to all my files, all my applications work, etc. My question is this, can I know delete the my old admin account? I am guessing it's no big deal, since I am not even logging into it now. But I want to be sure.
