So, I plugged my iPhone 4 into my computer last night, before I went to bed for the upgrade. When I woke up this morning, the upgrade was finished, but none of my app's were on my phone.

Even more bizzare: All of my texts, photos, and music is still on my iPhone, but none of my apps are.

I backed up my phone before I made the upgrade.

Is there a way I can get all of my apps back? I paid for some, and others have months and months of history on them.

Any ideas?

Go to the apps tab in iTunes and click apply. Happened to me as well, not sure whey they weren't synced along with everything else, but this worked for me.

Ok, so I plugged in my iPhone and went to the Apps tab. There are no apps for me to sync or no options that I can find... grr!! Help!
