Where can I download an older version of Skype for iOS?

Hi,

I would like to run Skype in iOS 3.1.2, but the newest version of Skype requires iOS 4. Is it possible to download older versions of Skype for iOS?

I know. But there are websites that have archives of Skype for mac and windows. Is there nothing like this for mobiles?
