Burn DVD from Disk Utility or Windows USB/DVD Tool

I want to install Windows 7 Ultimate from EXTERNAL optical drive (Enclosure) with Boot Camp Assistant

I have 2 different iso file
7600.16385.090713-1255_x64fre_client_en-us_Retail_Ultimate-GRMCULXFRER_EN_DVD.iso
and
tr_windows_7_ultimate_x64_dvd_x15-65966.iso

I can burn DVD from;
Disk Utility (Mac)
Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool (Windows)(Virtual Machine)

Which one is better for bootable disk with Boot Camp Assistant using EXTERNAL DVD Drive

I'm gonna burn "en_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_677460.iso" using Disk Utility and try to boot to install Boot Camp partition
