27-inch LED Cinema Display compatible w/ Thunderbolt port?

I am looking to get a newer Mac with a thunderbolt connection, so question is will my 27-inch LED Cinema Display (Mini DisplayPort) work with them? Do I need converters....

It's not cryptic. It's quite clear. "Native support" means no adapters.
