MD242B is from Ireland apple store. Factory unlocked. Can use it anywhere in the world just like any other 4S that is factory unlocked or ordered straight from apple.com via any country in the world.
Buying an iPhone from other companies that claim that they have "never lock" is just taking your extra money they cost, because they most likely get them from apple which you can buy yourself for less.. They fool people that doesn't know better.
