No waynim signing up for this until new releases start being streamed.
In the selection tab is that "all" the films or do more come available when you sign up??
I finally managed to sign up and it's working great on the iPad.
Netfix is now showing up on the menu of the Apple TV but gives an error message when you try to open it. Must be patient.
Look, Im not going Mad.
Using Safari
Maybe you need to log out of your Facebook session. I started an account using email in Safari - and I've just tried Firefox now:
Has anyone managed to get the resume feature to work?
I starteed to watch a film on computer and then switch to iphone, but it started from the beginning again rather than where i left off.
Yes, you need to log out of Facebook before the option to signup using email appears.
Netflix have confirmed this on their Twitter account. Bloody stupid design.
Phazer
I wasn't keen on that either. I clicked around and a small 'or sign up with email' link came up.
I therefore signed up by email (not Facebook) and even though the terms and conditions say that they want to put stuff on my Facebook wall, so far I haven't had to give them any Facebook access and it seems to work OK.
What is the Netflix library like? Is there a great selection of content available?
but if you try searching for any recent popular movie you probably won't find it.

There is A LOT more than is shown on the page before you sign up. I'd recommend going for the free trial and having a look.
There don't appear to be many very new releases, but I reckon they'll be added fairly quickly.
I'd imagine that Sky have an arrangement in place with the various studios to get movies for a selected period before anyone else.
Title says, launched in UK.
So why put up misleading US app images?
It also requires Silverlight to playback on a mac.
I missed this earlier when reading through the thread.
Is this a good thing?
The App is the same. They haven't updated it since December.
Of course the screenshot (from the App Store) shows:
AT&T's carrier name
Two titles that aren't available in the UK (Back To The Future, The Godfather)
Other than that, it's functionally and cosmetically identical.
