Samsung = Bad
I'll never buy another Samsung product, phones included...
I purchased a brand new HDTV from them in 2009. It had the well known capacitor issue. About 3 months ago I called about it. Customer service was terrible. My TV JUST fell out of warranty by a week, yet they would do nothing. The time/cost to replace the bad capacitors was $5 for the parts, and 15 minutes for a qualified repair person.
I've had Apple products that were well out of warranty, but had known problems [Macbook Palmrest issue]. Brought it in, and they didn't even hesitate to replace it, at NO COST.
Samsung can stick it where the sun doesn't shine, and they can start with their cheap, plastic, crappy phones.
