If you manage to source any or find out when Apple get them in, let us know :)

No other source have any, but I did talk to one of the Apple Staff and they said that they MAY be getting more in on Monday and people wishing to buy them needs to call ahead, they open at 09:30 and there phone number for ease is 028 9016 1900

But it may only be a few of each model so you have to be quick.

If you are able to hold off then do so as the EPP will be coming into play soon. But just ask anyway as Apple UK Store online had the discount active last night, but off today.

Good Luck.

Here we go again.

I will heading up to the store around noon next Friday, it was time enough last year and placed me about half way in the que.

Hopefully see some of you there.

I'll be there but not sure what time as I may be leaving a friend to Dublin airport that morning. If I am, about midday. If not, 8am.

I'm assuming they are onsale at 8am rather than 5pm last year. I plan on going down around 7am- based on my experience with the iPhone 4 and iPad 2 launches I expect there to be a massive queue but no problems with stock until the next day.
If I'm lucky I hope to be done by around 10am.

Hopefully with the pre-sales the queues might be reduced a bit- although I pre-ordered and got the delay email. Really want the iPad on Friday and next Tues doesn't suit me for waiting in for a delivery.

Yeah, your right. If that's the case I might make it a very early one and get down around 5-6am. No traffic to hold me up and hopefully be in a short'ish que.

Actually, does anyone know for certain that the stores are opening at 8am?

I have seen no official times yet, has anyone been at the Belfast store and asked?

I'm calling into the store on Monday lunchtime - will let you know if we don't hear by then.

Nice one, cheers.

I ordered the new C.E.O. Hybrid from Marware yesterday afternoon, they posted it last night via UPS international express so I should have it before the 16th. It will be nice to have it on launch day. It's amazing how quickly the case manufactures can get these things out.

I happened to be in Belfast earlier and called into the store. They still don't know what time they are opening officially but the guy I spoke to seemed to think it would be 8am. If that's the case then I will be there from 4am. Should have me away by 10am and into work only 2 hours late.

Ah nice one pilot- I would reckon with your 4am dedication you'd be away a good bit before 10am. Last year for the 5pm launch I queued up at 2pm and was away by 18:45.
Will be heading down about 8am myself. Did you pre-order online like me with a delayed delivery date? That was a disappointment alright.

I thought about pre-ordering but really enjoyed the experience last year queuing for the iPad 2 that I thought I would just do it again next Friday. Met a load of great people and the time flew by to be honest. I got in line about 12.30pm and was roughly in line with the store on the opposite site of the square.

Just checked with Apple again in Victoria Square and they're still not sure what time they're putting the iPads on sale yet, but expect it to be 9:30am when they open.

I have heard a rumor they are opening at 8.30am, its from an ex employee who still has mates that work there.

My alarm is already set for 3am on Friday. I was supposed to have a mate with me this year but he has alreay bailed out, looks like another year of no toilet breaks :(

Probably around 3.45am.

I am in Moira so it's only a quick jaunt up the motorway. Roads will be empty at that time.

Did the same thing for the 4s and was 2nd in the que.

Seriously debating whether or not to come down, thing is i can't get down to the store until about half 6 AM:mad: don't wanna be too late.

Also, does anyone know if any of the Belfast Tescos are taking part in the midnight launch?
