Hi,

At work, I use a Mac with Mail, while most others use a PC and Outlook. We have now been told to use a new e-mail signature, with a lot of graphical elements. For some reason, whenever I send an e-mail with attachments, and the receiver opens the message in Outlook, the entire signature has been broken up into as many as 11 small files that are attached to it.

Is there any way to fix this? People start to get annoyed with the weird Mac user..

Oh, I created the signature by copying and pasting the marketing person's e-mail signature, which of course had been created in Outlook.

Hope somebody can help me :)

get an app called Attachment Tamer from lokiware
http://lokiware.info/

i was amazed i could not figure out any way to handle these either
attachments seem to act differently based on the email server, too
but AT solved all of my problems - its a free, full-featured demo ($15 purchase) that only has a pop-up when starting mail

i have no association with lokiware
