has anyone who participated in the recall recently noticed that the confirmation of service email now has a legal document attached to it?

there is a section that says the replacement ipods are for end users only. and not for resale. and apple reserves the right to deny or cut you off from the program if they suspect you are reselling.

im just curious if anyone has been cut off as a result of sending a large quantity in?
