Is it possible to check the ram on your iPhone?

My iPhone has started running dog slow and receive memory warnings all over plan whilst developing. (when not on other devices)

Cheers

"memory for iPhone and iPod touch" in the market is an app that will tell you free memory.

Because of the way iOS works its kind of useless. It's not uncommon to have on 15mb of free ram. Apps will close to make room for new apps.

"linpack" is a benchmarking app that measures performance. You can compare to other iPhones.

I usually have around 120 mflop average on my 4S.

Sounds like it might be time for a reset though.

I find that my iOS devices tend to slow down when sending builds to them multiple times. It is a good idea to occasionally (every 10-20 builds, or when you are not going to do any builds for a few days) turn them off while holding the Home button, then turn back on. Sluggishness is usually gone afterwards.
