I visited a lot of forums to fix the error while restoring my iPhone 4.
However none of them worked for me...

I did NOT jailbreak my phone and am not planning to do so.
I tried to restore in recovery mode and DFU mode, tried to go to previous firmware with and without security software...
Also did the shift+click thing and this didn't work either.
I reinstalled every single program from apple just to be sure all is working properly.
The problem isn't my host file, I checked this as well.
I will add the restore log
log 47 is restore mod log 49 is DFU mode

Annyone knows something else I can try?
I really have no idea what it might be

Did you try to kick it out of recovery with either TinyUmbrella or redsn0w?

Did you try holding power and home untill it reboots?

If that doesn't work you need to restore.

Error 21 measn your not in DFU mode.

http://iphoneblogr.com/faq-and-error-codes/

Hold power and home, after about 7 sconds the phone will turn off, keep holding another 3 seconds, now release power and keep holding home for another 10 seconds.

The screen should be black, not showing anything, connect usb, itunes should popup and state that it found a iphone in recovery mode(it's actually in DFU)

now restore with downloaded IPSW, it can only be the 5.1.1 version unless you saved your SHSH/APTickets with TU.

Well thats my problem I'm sure it is in DFU mode... screen iss black(so no iTunes logo) iTunes pops up like it has to, even the log says it is a DFU device. And still I'm getting the 21 error...
And made iTunes download the newest ipsw as well

Kicking it out of recovery mode with TinyUmbrella just starts the boot loop again :s
Also using the fix recovery in TinyUmbrella just gives me a white screen and doing nothing for the rest is this normal?
the log says my phone should reboot however it just says a white screen

I'm looking what this might be

Also redsn0w says I'm missing Keys.plist data for this build

annyways I got rid error 21 now...
When I just connect it with the adapter on the power net it boots but gives a picture similar to recoverymode however it is with a gray backgroud and it gives time also I have to enter my passcode to get on this screen

try to kick it out of recovery

or try regular DFU and restore

the 2005 error is a connection problem, try another cable or port or other computer

but its all the same number
it disconnects after the fix, than connects again...
and it doesn't fix annything...
it does do something because my phone gives a cmd like screen with things passing by
than it says waiting for reboot and it just gives the same device again a second time however not working as it should

is it still in recovery?

did you try fix recovery? and a new cable?

Otherwise just try DFU again and a restore.

Just plug the phone into a totally different computer with itunes and try and restore it. It should work on the first try. Then you can go back to your normal computer and sync it. I had this happen on my iphone AND ipad. Both times restored on the first try when plugged into a different computer.

Solved

Was studying for my exams and my iPhone was connected to my laptop and it came back from the dead or something...
Heard a buz, seems like it turned itself on as if nothing was wrong so I'm pretty happy right now :)

Annyways wanted to thank you all for your help
