Mines disabled - I think most people leave it empty...it's pretty pointless without the ability to put them on your desktop. You can do it in debug mode but they wont hide behind your windows then!

Good point, I very rarely use mine. Wish apple would do something with it.

I use dashboard a lot, but the widget generation has fallen off the face of the planet since iOS came to be.

Also - this thread narrowly didn't exist, not much June left.

Kinda busy. Comic viewer (shows more than that comic, I go through them all once a day if I'm on my computer), some Apple widgets, Weather Radar, Tuna Pitch (guitar tuner), and of course iStat.

Will update when July rolls around :D

Well... Apple continues to refine dashboard in ML, so at least it isn't going away!

Maybe in future iterations, we'll start seeing iOS apps launch able within the dashboard. Or notification center integrated into it (more likely).

I don't really use Dashboard much other than for the unit converter and translator. I just threw some other stuff in there so it doesn't look so empty.

Apple quietly stopped accepting widgets some time ago. I submitted a bunch about a year ago - heard nothing back at all. Really poor on their part...if they aren't going to maintain it, remove it. I'm sure they could take 5 minutes to at very least remove the widget submission page.

I really love dashboard, although notification center will likely take its place in future versions of OSX. :(

I doubt it, because dashboard is a completely different environment from Notification Center.

Here's my July dashboard. Lol it really is hot!

Here's mine, not very exciting, especially since I took off the Movies widget. And now Amazon Art isn't working. Guess Apple's slowly moving away from it.

I forgot about the Comics widget, I used to use that a lot. I lost my widgets with either a HDD failure or upgrade and couldn't remember which ones I used to use.

Oh yeah, how do you change the background??
