If i am not in the US but have purchased an iPad 3d generation WiFi + cellular version of the tablet. Which build am i to download from the developer portal for test ios versions?

iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular (model for ATT)
iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular (model for Verizon)
iPad 2 Wi-Fi (Rev A)
iPad 2 Wi-Fi
iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G (GSM)
iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G (CDMA)
Not quite sure whats the difference between a wifi and a wifi + cellular builds? Not part of ATT or Verizon.
