$25 iTunes match + not having to carry anything around?

It's more for the 800GB of video. I'm a bit of an audiophile and the 700GB that's music is all ALAC and my home audio set up has me spoiled. I don't even own any mp3 files. If I try to listen to them I get distracted focusing on what I don't hear rather than what I do hear. If I weren't so picky I'd sign up in a heartbeat.

2011 11" MacBook Air (my wife's - which made me want an MBA) - $1150
2012 11" MacBook Air (mine) - $1139
Trip to San Diego earlier this month for my wife (so that the budget is "fair" and "even") - $800 + 80,000 of my frequent flier miles

The joy of marriage. At least she's a redhead. :D

Got my Moshi keyboard cover today, along with the Sena leather case cover. With the Sena case cover on, the laptop doesn't close flush, which is a good thing as that way the Moshi keyboard cover will not touch the LCD screen, thus no keyboard markings on the display.

The negative about the Sena cover is that it does add a bit of weight, and with the cover attached to the LCD screen while it's upright it does tend to get weighted down by the cover and fall back past 90 degrees. I will give it some time to set in and see if that improves. Liking the Sena cover so far, feels premium. Folio means I can simply close the lid and carry it with me in an instant if I'm going out on short trips. Love the folio design, so convenient.

13/128/8gb Air - $1239 on tax free weekend
Shipping - $15
Sena Folio case - $75
Rocketfish USB3.0 enclosure - $15
Total = $1344

That's all for now. I will be getting an IPS monitor when I've paid off the Macbook though so I will be spending at least $150 more on it.

Where did you purchase the Sena Folio case for $75? Cheapest I can find is from Apple.com for $99.

Bluecell black croc sleeve $12.99 for MBA 11" (I was using a padded FedEx envelope for a while which worked well)

Already have the superdrive, hard drive and thunderbolt to HDMI cables so no need to buy these.
