I'm watching the finale of this show called Weeds and I saw this. Thought I'd share. I think it looks really cool but who knows when or if we'll ever have something like that or if it'll be too fragile. The keyboard we already have but they're not showing that thing that projects the keyboard.

Edit: It's interesting that the keyboard shows Mac keys. I'm not sure if the Magic Cube does that or not but why would it show that when they're using a phone :p

Just referenced your thread on a new front page discussion as someone mentioned an all-glass phone. Loved the idea from "Weeds", funny your thread came up on a Google search.

There was a "fun" concept phone video like that around for some time now, or a few different ones that combined some aspects like a "hollow" phone and a projection keyboard. Not sure why/how the idea ended up on a show like Weeds.

Nice! What's interesting is it seems the "Weeds" finale was filmed before those concepts became more well known. Nice find. I remember a pen that would project a keyboard on any surface and could detect keystrokes with ease. So many impressive concepts. I'm even more interested in medical advancements especially with many tech companies focusing on hardware (i.e. non-invasive blood glucose monitoring) and improved access to medical professionals via software.

I think some of those concepts were around even before the more recent ones I quickly found, like back in iPhone 5 or even 4S days potentially (if not even earlier, unrelated to iPhone).
