In Contacts, is there anyway sort my contacts by first name instead?

I like having the person's last name in the field, however, most of my business contacts, I can't on the top of my head remember their last names and I'm having to scroll searching for my contacts by first name. So, can I "sort" it by first name? I really don't want to not have a last name either, because some people in my contacts have the same first names.

I know huh. It makes much more sense to me sorting by first name. I can't even remember some of my friends last names without me having to scroll the entire list to search for their names.

I can finally sleep tonight.
