Already posted in here but that was mid way in the day and now I'm at almost at the end. Fairly satisfied with my battery life.

My usage today has been listening to music on headphones, 3G and wifi browsing, twitter, extensive messaging, checking football scores, few phone calls, Siri, and some very light gaming. Spent a number of hours today without wifi at all as well.

How did u post a screen shot on MR from ur phone? Or did u send the screenshot to ur computer and then post it? Can u post pics fr mobile devices? If so, how?

iOS 6 allows you to upload photos now via safari. For macrumors you can attach directly from your camera roll/album or take a photo to upload just like in messages

My AT&T phone is at around 3.5hrs usage 9hrs standby at 33% right now. So not the best, I may do a restore and start fresh to see if it changes

I don't have a screen shot but I'm currently on 8 minutes 10 seconds standby and 4 hours 44 minutes of usage, and I'm at 35%. I started charging it last night when there was about 3% battery left. Charged to 100% and unplugged it this morning.

I'm hoping that on average it can last me until bedtime. I don't know if it'll happen. Tonight I'll let it completely drain and shut down and then charge to 100%.

ETA- I'm on Verizon 3G. LTE isn't available here. Im also using all battery saving options that I'm aware of. I didn't do a restore since I was coming from Android. I had my contacts transferred and that was it.

How can you post the screenshot from the mobile site? I have it in my camera roll currently. On topic, my i5's battery is better than my 4S. Which is incredible given the LTE chip, A6 and larger screen

Here's mine, battery at 49%. Seems better than my 4 or 4s, at this rate it will have close to 9hrs usage when it hits 0%.

Edit: I'm on AT&T and I set up my phone as new.

I can't tell if my iPhone 5 is dying faster than it should or if I am just using it far more. I am sort of thinking the former, but I'd like to see how others are faring.

It's odd, some periods it drains fast and than others it drains slow.

Hey dude this is my usage so far over LTE only since full charge. Pretty much the same as wifi

These screenshots don't say very much; one could easily turn off everything and simply listen to music for 12hrs and upload the picture here.

I'm at 1% now about to go... I'll be just over 7 hours and 30 mins use and just over 19 hours and 40 minutes standby.

Restored from 4s iOS 6 backup.

Well, I'm down to 1%. Unplugged from full overnight charge at 8 am, and it's 10:17 pm. I'm showing 6 h 10 m of usage, 14 h 17 m standby. I'm going to let it run down completely and recharge overnight, hoping calibration works some magic. Really though, this doesn't seem to have run down as fast as I was worried it would this morning.

Used Maps for like an hour on LTE.
Watched videos.
Scored 11mil on Temple Run.
Made one call for one minute.
Texted back and forth.
Took pictures, uploaded. Using WiFi.

And..yea..LOVE IT. =D

EDIT:

Can u/someone please enlighten me. I cannot upload photos to MR via Safari. Nor can I attach to a post via the camera roll.

Are you on MR your cellphone? If so, slide all the way down and you'll see "Desktop Version"..click it. Then Post Reply. Then Attach. And then look at the post above me, and follow that. =)

Mine was much worse on my 4S. The battery charge yesterday went almost to 9 hours. I set up as a new phone. Service comes and go at my job so for ten hours today I would get on and off the Internet.

Absolutely thrilled with my battery life. Of the 20 hours of usage on my phone, about 5.5 hours of that it on LTE, the rest on WiFi.

This was at the end of the day. 8 hours use, I'm happy with that.
