Samsung argues that jury foreman Velvin Hogan never told the court that he was sued in 1993 for breach of contract by Seagate, a company in which Samsung is a major investor. That suit ultimately forced him to file for personal bankruptcy.


Whoops, looks like they should get it. This is the same guy who was a patent holder himself and sped everyone through the process to a decision that many felt was so complex they were shocked it got reached that quickly.
