Agreed. For some reason the black Mini doesn't look as good as the white. But I loved the black iPhone 5 over the white and silver. I have a white iPad 3 right now but I'm thinking about selling it. It's too big and heavy. I hope the 5th Gen iPad will look more like the iPad Mini.

Shipping estimates for the iPad mini to Germany are 2 weeks, with end of November for the 4G version. iPad 4 delivers 11/2, but then ... I'm still happy with my 3rd generation.

Wish I had some extra money to spend!

I ordered almost instantly after the store in Germany was online again. However, from the beginning it said "shipping in 2 weeks". So there won't be to many first day users in Germany.

... or probably the queues in front of the apple stores are going to be extremely long.

Mine now says processing and delivers November 23rd. I ordered a 16GB Wifi+Cellular model.

White 16GB iPad mini ordered. Now to rid myself of my iPad 2. Looking forward to holding 1/2 the weight with only a 20% reduction in screen size.

mini white 64GB order placed (delivery estimate was still Nov 2 when I completed the order) at around 12:08AM Pacific time. Going to wait until the next iPad refresh to upgrade my 1st gen model.
