It really depends on how many bars you keep . 6-8 seems to be the range for me at 4-5 bars consistently. Whenever I'm in low coverage areas I lose about an hr
6-8 . However what you are doing makes the difference as well as how you have set up your iPhone, such as Email push etc. It also will depend on if you used your iphone where their is a 4-5 bar signal. If the signal is weak the phone keeps searching and wasting battery.
I'm easily getting over 10+ hours with moderate usage of music app and a few calls, SMSs and Facebook throughout the day. Also got location services all on and brightness at maximum, wifi is always on too. Can't complain.
P.s where I live I only tend to get 1 or sometimes 2 bars of signal too.
well if your getting 10+ hours your not a "Heavy User" I stream for hours everyday and serious internet use. over wifi it will hit 7-8 hours but 3g is 5-6.
on wifi most of the time. heavy email (4 accounts all push). streaming music while in the car (about an hour a day). lots of web surfing and fb. on phone calls maybe an hour total per day. i'm pretty satisfied with battery life so far.
I tried to kill my battery today, brought it all they way down to 1%. Odd thing, it stayed on at 1% for about an hour until I just gave in and started charging it again.
I voted 10 hours by the way. Sometimes I forget my lightning cable at home and go through the entire work day without charging.
This is a useless poll.... Sometimes you can get 10 hours, sometimes as little as 3. It all depends on what you are doing. Its either your phone has decent battery life, or it is downright terrible. There, solved all your issues
5-6hrs. Mostly wifi, just surfing net and push email, Bluetooth off, location off. Blows. I don't even stream, just light browsing and texting. Terrible service where I am at however
