If there are any Apple Store employees out there,
I just applied online for Specialist and Genius positions at my local Apple Store yesterday. Is there anything I can do to sweeten my chances of getting an interview? Do you think calling the store and asking if they are hiring and telling them that I submitted an application would help? How will they contact me if I get an interview?
I think it would be really cool to have the job.
Thanks

Your best bet would be to call the store and ask to speak to the Store Leader/People Leader. What I would do is try to get friendly with some staff. We get $250 - $500 for each person we refer so I'm sure you're bound to get a reference somehow.

They'll contact you for an initial interview via email.

Good luck!

I called the Apple Store and they said the hiring manager wasn't there. So I guess I'm calling back again tomorrow
