Can anyone resize this to make the logo a little bit smaller with white background a black logo, black background and white logo and a back background and a yellow logo please?

Once again:
I got this Summer Glau Image for my iPhone 5. The size ist 640 x 1136. Don't know why there is that small black border at the top.
Could someone with photoshop skills please resize the image for me so that it is centered between the clock an unlock slider.

Can you maintain the main image (unicorn + cat) and try to keeps the main image proportions as close as possible to the original (not squeezing). It doesn't matter if you have to cut out the sides of the backgrounds or anything.
