First time I left my phone not connected to power overnight because I charged it in the evening, only to find it dead in morning. What a shame

You either have a defective phone or an errant app. I'd try turning the phone completely off and back on. During a typical night, my phone loses about 5%.

I have had my 4s for ~6 months, and at least 4x a month it will either shut down randomly, or restart. If I do not put it on the charger begore bed, it will die even though no apps are running.

I live in an area where it is hard to just exchange a phone. Any ideas on causes? Solutions?

Thanks!
