It is now possible again to download and delete single songs in iTunes Match!

Are you sure you're using it correctly? It's been working fine for me.
Try rebooting both devices, if you haven't already tried it

Besides the iTunes Match changes noted...
* Passport now has a default card, explaining the purpose and linking to the App Store.
* Navigation now has an option for No Voice (Settings > Maps)

Neither are new I'm afraid. I have both of those on 6.0.1

Redesign?
Now I'm not saying this is due to Forstall getting the boot, but check out the new design for the Passbook start screen.
It's definitely A LOT "flatter" than the previous design, is it possible they're working that fast?

No, you are right, they are new on iOS 6.1, at least with the Passbook thing. That is definitely new.
While that's true about the No Voice - the passbook card would be new.
If you have anything in passbook it's impossible to access the passbook app section.
The biggest complain I hear from all my iPhone using friends is how boring it's become. There is nothing "new" or "fresh" available on the phone anymore.
I wonder how much longer will it take Apple to start allowing users to change "Themes" on the iPhone and give people a bit more control of what there phone can and cannot do.
Smartphone users are getting more involved and are more aware of technology now. I think people want these extras...

The passbook screen has changed, I corrected the post. But I definitely have the 'no voice' options in map settings
This does not exist. Whoever said that was lying for attention..
