Not with iOS 5
Depends on where you buy it. A lot of 3rd party resellers still have units running iOS 5 in box
i thought about replacing the aluminum housing, but after watching the video, i decided that even a professional may screw it up when putting it back together. so i will probably just get a different case that protect the sides a little better.
