iPad 2, wifi only. Cellular would be nice, but for the amount I'd use it (occasionally while traveling, like a couple times a month at most), tethering does just fine.

Went with a 32gb Verizon LTE, couldn't be happier.
All my previous ipads were wifi only. With the mini's size/weight, this was the first ipad I could actually see myself carrying out of the house anytime I stepped out.
