Ordered white 16gb LTE mini on Nov 2, still processing! Let me guess, the case of the white's won't ship for 6 months?
I ordered a 16GB LTE Black Mini on Nov 13th - it just moved to preparing for shipment.
Thinking I should have it this week...
I ordered last week and they charged my card and changed status to preparing for shipment... mines 16gb black lite
Mine finally kicked over to "Preparing for Shipment". Bout time!

Woohoo! One of my preorder has shipped today. Expected delivery Dec 4 by FEDEX. It is for a 16GB LTE White mini. Can't wait.

Sounds like you are the only one with a shipping confirmation so far. My 32GB White LTE is still "Preparing for Shipment" since Saturday afternoon.

Mine (32GB Black LTE) changed to "Preparing for Shipment" yesterday afternoon, and hasn't changed since.

I am not quite sure what's going on with Apple's delivery of the iPad Mini LTE. Here's my experience - I have 2 pre-orders:
(1) ordered @3:01am Oct 26 - 16GB White LTE. Status changed to Preparing for Shipment -> Shipped pretty much within 24 hours between yesterday and today (Nov 26/27)
(2) ordered Oct 30 - 32GB White LTE. Status changed to "Preparing for Shipment" on Saturday Nov 24 even though it was ordered 4 days later than my first pre-order. However, the status hasn't changed since. At first I was thinking I might get this order first but was surprised to see a shipping notification from Apple for the 16GB even though the status changed to "Preparing for Shipment" much later than the 32GB.
Anyways, I am just glad that we are finally seeing movement on the preorders.

It really is very strange how Apple handle these pre-orders. Your 2nd unit, which is identical to what I ordered, has a similar status history as mine except I ordered it on Oct 26 at 3:01am ET. Don't think that 4-day difference had any bearing for non-US orders. So it could be just that 32GB Whites are behind.

Interesting - both of my pre-orders are being delivered via FedEx. One of my pre-order is arriving Nov 29, the other Nov 30. Both are Expedited Shipping.
Guess Apple is using both couriers to get the orders out.

Same as mine - also being delivered via UPS. I'm guessing because the standard shipping option was selected.
That said the Dec 4th date was given by Apple - no firm date has been provided by UPS.
