Does iTunes 11 equalizer exist?

Before i upgrade i need to know if the equalizer still exists in Itunes 11 and where to find it? Is this the same equalizer that was in Itunes 10 and allows custom settings? Thanks

little equalizer graph on top that I used to have showing the music beat
is now gone?:(

how can I get this again
