Hi, i live in spain and I'll go to EEUU the next week. I think buy one iPad mini wifi + cellular but I don't know if the iPad mini in EEUU are unlucked from fabric, and if I will may to use in my country with another sim card.

If I am not mistaken, EEUU is USA in Spanish, right?

iPad mini Wi-Fi + Cellular models are sold unlocked in USA and you should be able to use it with your local SIM in Spain. There are two cellular models available in the USA: one for Verizon & Sprint and another for AT&T. You should get the Verizon Model A1455 for possible future compatibility with LTE in your country. However, both models should work on HSPA/3G at present.
