I just downloaded Mac Communicator last night. I tried many different variations of my log-in info to connect to work. All attempts failed within a few seconds. I think I finally found the right combination of server, server type, and log-in info. The reason I think this is b/c Communicator perpetually tries to log-in: it's doesn't connect, but I don't get the unsuccessful message either. When I try other log-in information, it's clear that they aren't the right combination of credentials.
