Missing album art after upgrade to iTunes 11

I just spent the last six months encoding and embedding album art into all my movie/music files using MetaX and Phile Audio. all album art showed up in iTunes before I upgraded to iTunes 11. After upgrade, every piece of content starting with the letter A and B has missing album art. If you look at my screen captures I have submitted, you can see that every file starting with the letter A and B have missing art. When I navigate to finder/itunes/music or movies, the file with embedded album art is there with the embedded album art, but does not show up in iTunes. I am very mad. Is there a link that I can submit a bug report?

For example, look at the movie AI, it shows the file with album art embedded into the file. In iTunes, no album art shows.
