Who cares? I don't compute with photos.
There's a limit to how different you can make the ultimate simplistic yet elegant design look. It's like expecting the next generation of eggs to look more simple, functional, and elegant. When you achieve perfection, there's little room for improvement.
If it's anything like the rMBP reduction in glare, it's definitely better... But not great.
Awesome laptop, I mean, computer .
LMAO this is just a desk where it's sitting until all software get's transferred over. Then it's going onto the REAL desk in the studio.
Funny **** though.
anyone find pictures of what the RAM upgrade process looks like?
The photographer clearly prioritizes their computer over a piece of furnature. I see no problem with this.Spends $2000 on a Mac but has $20 computer table.
Lol - priorities
There's a picture and a description of the process in CNET's review from a couple weeks ago:

Mac Mini
and now

If iMac is going to have a Mac mini, she must have hooked up with Mac Pro! Bazzinga!

What a great idea...Apple could make a super thin iMac by putting the hard drive, logic board, ram, ect in a separate enclosure that you could put underneath your desk. No need to have an external optical drive cluttering your desk either, it could be included in the separate enclosure.
Yeah I'm disappointed by how long it typically takes for Apple to update their displays. Imagine how thin the display could be since it doesn't need to house a hard drive and other parts!
