Ordered 30/11...Still processing

Ordered within 10 min of launch with delivery 2-3 weeks ;21-31 december
And still processing...

Config i5, 1tb fusion, 8gb, 680mx

Im happy for those ho have received their machine but getting frustrated that there seems to be no logic to when you get it delivered.
Not trying to complain too much because it is still within the estimated time frame but when people with January dates begin to getting theirs it's just not fair.

Who else that ordered opening day (config?), is still processing and if any change please report

Also are there any people from Belgium who have received their orders because so far I only saw some orders being delivered in Germany, France and the Netherlands...

Hopefully the wait will soon be over

I ordered 30/11 within the first minutes here in Germany and it's still processing and a damn delivery 3-4 weeks (3 jan - 9 jan).

That's a joke...

Original order at 08:25, just minutes after the UK store went up. i5, 680MX. Still processing.

People who with other BTO configs who ordered ages after me will be taking delivery tomorrow or Monday. Some of these people live 5 minutes from my house.

It makes no sense. I am incensed.

Could it be that it's because of the I5??
Almost all the ones I have seen shipped have 680mx but with i7...
And now i am seeing a lot of people waiting with the i5, if I knew that i would have thrown in the ****ing hyper-threading

No, my i7 680mx SSD, ordered within 10 mins of the UK store going live is still stuck in processing.

I think this post confirms that there is no way we'll be able to work out the specific reasons why some are getting their deliveries and others are not. Of course we're all still well ahead of our dispatch estimates so we can feel a little jealous but cannot really complain.

could these apparent anomalies be due to a cost saving measure from Apple

do they wait until they have a palette of iMac's for that area therefore reducing
their costs , any saving on "free delivery " means more profit

To be honest I am starting to think it pointless waiting for new things to go on sale with Apple. The same thing happened with the iPhone 5, orders in as soon as they go live.. those sit on the bottom of a pile. Got to work 30 mins later placed another order, although they arrived on the same day dispatched older order first.

I think it maybe they do runs of a certain configuration and you are lucky what run you get in... 21" i5 & 21" i7 or 27" i5 & 27" i7. Or just maybe they use an old style bingo machine and select balls at random with order numbers on them..

I got it ordered at the same date 30/11 (Belgium) At the order it says 21 & 24 December!
Now It says ready to send Januari? Thats a whole month? What happened?
