Whenever I create a new note in the Notes app, it always autosaves the note and I end up with like 5 different copies of the same note, with the same title. I have to go back and delete them after I'm done because they don't go away on their own.

Is there a way to turn this feature off? I don't think it did it before I linked Notes to my Gmail account, but surely there is a way to keep it disabled even with Gmail tied to it.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

and it's very annoying that the app would open the documents that you previously used automatically

Sometime you just don't want others to know what was you doing last time...
